You review the relevant material before the project moves further into production.
Build or Implement
We carry out the agreed work and share it at the review points set out in the project plan.
Requests that change the scope are discussed before additional work begins.
Check and Deliver
We complete the agreed checks, resolve identified issues within scope and prepare the handover.
For ongoing services, we move into the agreed reporting and review cycle.
Plan the Next Stage
Maintenance, new features and continued marketing can be arranged where required. You know what is included and what would be treated as additional work.
